At DoIt.Tools, we believe privacy is a right — not a feature. This policy explains how we handle your data, with one core promise:

Your data stays in your browser unless you explicitly choose to use a cloud-powered feature.

🔒 1. Basic Tools: Zero Data Collection

All core tools (e.g., JSON Formatter, Base64 Encoder, Text Case Converter, Password Generator) run 100% in your browser using client-side JavaScript.

• No data is sent to our servers.
• We do not log, store, or analyze your input.
• Nothing is saved after you close the tab.

This means: if you only use basic tools, we never see your content — not even for analytics.

☁️ 2. Advanced (Pro) Features: Optional & Transparent

Some advanced features (e.g., Save History, Batch Processing, Team Sharing) require secure cloud processing.

If you choose to use them:

• You must sign in and explicitly enable the feature.
• Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and, where sensitive, encrypted at rest.
• We only collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service (e.g., your email for account recovery).
• You can delete your cloud data anytime from your account settings.

💡 You’re always in control. Basic tools remain fully functional without any account.

📊 3. Analytics & Logging

To keep the site fast and understand how people use our tools, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that:

• Collects no personal data (IP addresses are anonymized)
• Uses no cookies or persistent identifiers
• Does not track users across websites
• Respects “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals

Important: As of now, DoIt.Tools has no backend server. All basic tools run entirely in your browser, and we do not collect or store any server logs.

If we ever introduce server-side features in the future (e.g., for Pro plans), any logging will be:

• Limited to what’s strictly necessary (e.g., security, error monitoring)
• Retained for a short, defined period (e.g., 7 days)
• Clearly disclosed in this policy with prior notice

🌍 4. Your Rights

As of now, DoIt.Tools does not require an account, and we do not store any personal data when you use basic tools.

This means: for the vast majority of users, there is no data to access, delete, or export.

If you later choose to use a Pro feature that requires an account, you will be able to:

• Access or download your stored data
• Delete your account and all associated cloud data
• Opt out of optional data processing
